I'm not sure if they own their own distribution channel or if they have some sort of contractual agreements with these companies, but if you want products that are made and packaged directly from the motherland, this store is definitely worth visiting. Because they carry unique products that you don't find in other Korean grocery stores, their price is on the higher end. I order kimchi from this spot! For $80, you can get 10kg of kimchi that is straight up made in Korea. They package it really well so the kimchi is super fresh when you get it. Best kimchi you will ever find in LA. You just have to go there in person, ask the lady at the desk that you want to order kimchi, and they will write down your name and phone number. Depending on when the delivery is made, they will call you 3-4 weeks later so you can go pick up the kimchi when its ready. Only true Koreans know this spot so I'm really letting y'all in! ”

“ Wooltari has so many authentic and yummy products from Korea and some of these stuff are seriously legit where I thought it was from a restaurant. For example, I bought this spicy jjambbong which literally takes only 5 mins to cook because everything is all premade and packaged with all the ingredients included. When I saw the final outcome it seriously looked like the jjamppongs they sell at restaurants and the taste was even better than some of these Korean-Chinese restaurants I've been to. They sell banchans, frozen food, dried food, meat, you name it. So it's def worth checking it out. ”
